👤 About Me
Hello! I am Ms. Trail, the Catering Manager for the HoundLine Railroad. This is my very first “real” career role since graduating, and I could not be more thrilled to be a member of the management team! I am currently channeling all my energy into preparation for our upcoming grand opening.
When I am not busy coordinating exceptional culinary experiences and managing onboard dining logistics for the railroad, you can usually find me embracing a much slower pace at home—typically unwinding on the sofa with a warm cup of tea.

🍰 Hobbies & Personal Interests
- Baking Enthusiast: In my free time, I love experimenting in the kitchen. I specialize in baking homemade pastries, cookies, and desserts (and I always keep a well-stocked cookie tin nearby!).
- Cookbook Collecting: I love reading through classic recipes, especially American baking literature, to find inspiration for my next sweet creation.
- TV & Relaxation: After a fast-paced day at the railroad, my absolute favorite way to destress is curling up in a cozy cardigan and catching up on my favorite long-running daytime soap opera, General Hospital.
