🛤️ Meet Mr. Naamtaan: The Master Controller of The HoundLine Railroad
Introduction
At The Hound Line Railroad, our trains keep moving smoothly thanks to a dedicated and passionate team. Today, we are thrilled to put the spotlight on one of our most hard-working team members who keeps our station running like clockwork: Mr. Naamtaan!
Whether he is assisting our passengers or managing complex tracks, Mr. Naamtaan lives and breathes the railroad life.
Day Shift: The Face of The Hound Line

During the day, Mr. Naamtaan takes excellent care of the ticketing operations for The Hound Line Railroad. With a sharp eye for detail and a friendly demeanor, he ensures that every passenger gets their ticket and starts their journey on the right track. His dedication to the station makes him an indispensable part of our daily operations.
After Hours: The Attic Master Controller

Mr. Naamtaan’s love for trains doesn’t stop when his shift ends. In his spare time, he heads up to the attic of his house, where he has meticulously built his very own HO scale model railroad. Surrounded by miniature mountains, winding tracks, and detailed towns, he sits right in the middle of his sprawling custom layout.
Operating a complex control board as the official “Master Controller,” he manages multiple locomotives simultaneously with the precision and skill of a professional train driver. It is a spectacular miniature world that showcases his true lifelong passion for railroading. Mr. Naamtaan is planning to use the RocRail software in the near future. Rocrail Basic is free software for controlling model trains and runs natively on the following platforms:
- Apple macOS (Apple Silicon & Intel)
- Linux (Intel & ARM64)
- Raspberry Pi PiOS (ARMHF & ARM64)
- Windows (Intel & ARM64)
